How to order?

How to make payment notification?

After order Able to notify payment by both methods (choose to report only one way.)

How can I see my order?

You can view order number / order status, You can find it in the menu on the left under My Orders section.

How can I check the tracking number?

You can see the number of packages in the delivery of the product. Picture of the car on the right-hand side of the order, when clicked, will display the tracking number and picked up date.

How many days to prepare for delivery?

  • If it is a handmade product It will take at least 2-3 days to produce it before delivery can be arranged.
  • If it is a pre-order product It will take approximately 10-14 days to wait for the product.
  • If it is an art and stationery product after the brand has verified the payment details. It can be delivered within 1-2 days.

Exchange / Return Policy

  • Customers can exchange products, If found to be damaged / damaged from the brand itself only.
