How to insert a discount coupon?
- A discount coupon can be placed at the bottom of the ordered product list.
- After inserting a product coupon must press update every time.
How to pay?
You can pay by Paypal / credit / debit card debit via Paypal and direct bank transfer.
How to make payment notification?
After order Able to notify payment by both methods (choose to report only one way.)
- Payment notification via the web page by entering the order number and upload the money transfer slip with the date / time of the transfer.
- Payment notification via Line @Smogday by sending order number with money transfer slip, An admin will check and proceed.
I don’t have a Paypal account, what should I do?
If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can choose to pay by debit / credit card. It’s in the options below Log in on this page.
How can I see my order?
You can view order number / order status, You can find it in the menu on the left under My Orders section.
How can I check the tracking number?
You can see the number of packages in the delivery of the product. Picture of the car on the right-hand side of the order, when clicked, will display the tracking number and picked up date.
How many days to prepare for delivery?
- If it is a handmade product It will take at least 2-3 days to produce it before delivery can be arranged.
- If it is a pre-order product It will take approximately 10-14 days to wait for the product.
- If it is an art and stationery product after the brand has verified the payment details. It can be delivered within 1-2 days.
Exchange / Return Policy
- Customers can exchange products, If found to be damaged / damaged from the brand itself only. And must notify via Line @smogday or Email : firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after received the product (Customer sends the defective product back to the brand and the brand will send new products, return shipping costs will be borne by the store.)
